Lead live event operations for Techo-Bloc across Canada and the U.S., using team leadership and real-time problem solving on-site.
As an On-Site Event Coordinator, you will deliver roadshows, loyalty events, and trade shows from load-in through load-out. This seasonal contract runs January to May 2027, with frequent travel across Canada and the U.S. You will manage setup, guest experience, suppliers, catering, venue partners, and post-event follow-up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review BEOs and flag discrepancies before arriving on-site
- Lead furniture, signage, AV, and branded-element setup
- Brief teams, assign roles, and stay hands-on
- Run registration and welcome guests professionally
- Resolve issues while keeping programs on schedule
Requirements:
- Two-plus years in event coordination, hospitality, or operations
- Experience leading teams during live events
- Strong organization under pressure and attention to detail
- French and English written and verbal communication
- Driver's license, passport, extensive travel, and lifting ability
