, Warehouse and Logistic Manager

The Material Handler reports to the Logistics and Warehouse Foreperson. The incumbent is responsible for supporting the store and warehouse team.
RESPONSABILITIES
- Create (custom) wooden packaging for pump shipment;
- Ensure possession of raw materials for package manufacturing;
- Perform daily duties in the warehouse;
- Store items in an orderly and accessible manner in the warehouse;
- Create and identify storage spaces for merchandise;
- Conduct inventory on orders received;
- Use in-house software to track pumps;
- Cycle count the pumps;
- Maintain plant and yard cleanliness and inspect own work equipment;
- Assist with pump shipment;
- Perform any other related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma and experience working in a similar position would be an asset.
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Forklift operator training (an asset);
- Training in slinging and using overhead cranes (an asset).
PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS
The incumbent must possess the following qualities:
