As a Legal Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative and legal support to senior legal leaders. Your work will coordinate legal processes, manage sensitive matters, support litigation activities, and maintain corporate governance functions. The position requires organized execution across complex schedules, deadlines, and stakeholder interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, meetings, deadlines, and executive legal priorities
- Prepare correspondence, legal documents, litigation materials, and minutes
- Coordinate court dates, filings, counsel interactions, and investigations
- Support board, committee, governance, and stakeholder activities
- Maintain confidential records, invoices, onboarding, and administrative operations
Requirements:
- University degree or relevant legal education credential
- Minimum three years' administrative and legal support experience
- Experience with litigation, investigations, issue management, or regulatory matters
- Knowledge of legal processes, affidavits, correspondence, and documentation
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and legal records systems
