As Communications Advisor, Digital Communications and Website Management, you will manage TSSA’s website, intranet, and digital channels. You will create accurate, accessible content, translate complex regulatory information, and support informed decision-making. The work includes governance, analytics, usability, and stakeholder coordination. Key Responsibilities:
Manage Drupal pages, documents, forms, metadata, navigation, and permissions Write, edit, publish, and maintain digital communications content Coordinate reviews and approvals with subject-matter experts Test website changes, links, forms, and functionality before release Monitor analytics, search data, and user feedback for improvements Requirements:
Degree or diploma in communications or related field Three to five years managing corporate websites and intranets Experience with Drupal or comparable content-management systems Proficiency in Google Analytics and digital governance frameworks Knowledge of accessibility, UX, SEO, metadata, and web analytics Bring Drupal management, clear writing, digital governance, and accessibility expertise to TSSA’s public safety communications.
