Enterprise services sales leadership defines this Chief Growth Officer role at TechBlocks, based in Vaughan with regular Toronto access and travel. You will close new logos while building the commercial engine. Reporting to the CEO and serving on the executive team, you will own new logo sales, partnerships, marketing, and inside sales. The mandate covers North American enterprise and upper-mid-market acquisition, AI-native delivery offerings, cloud ecosystems, and repeatable commercial execution. Existing account farming remains with business unit heads. Key Responsibilities:
Personally source and close enterprise services deals Lead North American enterprise and upper-mid-market acquisition Develop partnerships and technology alliance co-sell routes Direct marketing positioning, content, campaigns, events, and website Build pipeline reporting, forecasting, and deal inspection rhythms Requirements:
Personally closed enterprise services deals within the last two years Experience selling technology services rather than software products Built a small commercial function without extensive support Won competitive pursuits against large systems integrators Willingness to carry a sales target for at least one year Bring enterprise services selling, commercial building, and client credibility to TechBlocks’ AI-native growth agenda in North America.
