Position: Maintenance Manager Location: Kitchener, ON Duration: Fulltime, Permanent Qualifications: Engineering degree or trade certification with 5–10 years of hands-on technical experience and at least 3 years in a management role Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations, project execution, and problem-solving with a broad, strategic mindset Proven leadership, communication, and team-building skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
Overview: Manage maintenance operations, equipment, and personnel across all facilities, ensuring efficient performance and emergency support. Oversee preventative maintenance programs and ensure a safe working environment in line with OHSA and company standards. Control budgets for facility operations and coordinate with contractors to ensure cost-effective maintenance and repairs. Lead team development, uphold quality standards, and drive continuous improvement through innovation and training. Must haves: local to Kitchener area and minimum 3 years in a leadership/management role
