English Head Carpenter About the Role: A growing family-owned residential contractor in business since 1999 is seeking an experienced Head Carpenter to lead high-end residential projects across Montreal, including custom kitchens, major renovations, and new home builds.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage residential job sites, ensuring top-tier craftsmanship, efficiency, and safety. Execute structural framing, custom kitchen installations, and fine finish carpentry. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers to keep jobs on schedule.
Qualifications:
5 years of experience in residential carpentry and site leadership. Strong expertise in framing, finishing, and custom woodwork. Reliable, detail-oriented, and bilingual (English/French preferred). Français Charpentier / Menuisier Principal À propos du poste : Une entreprise familiale en expansion, spécialisée en construction résidentielle depuis 1999, est à la recherche d'un charpentier / menuisier principal d'expérience pour diriger des projets haut de gamme à Montréal (cuisines sur mesure, rénovations majeures et maisons neuves). Vos responsabilités : Superviser le chantier et veiller au respect des normes de qualité, d'efficacité et de sécurité.
Réaliser les travaux de rénovation, l'installation de cuisines sur mesure et la finition de haute précision. Coordonner les activités avec les sous-traitants, les fournisseurs et les chargés de projets pour respecter les échéanciers. Profil recherché : Minimum de 5 ans d'expérience en menuiserie résidentielle et gestion de chantier. Maîtrise de la construction, de la finition et du sur-mesure. Rigoureux, autonome et bilingue (français/anglais un atout).
