About the Role

Whether you specialize in Medical/Surgical, ER, OR, L&D/OB, or Nurse Practitioner care, your skills will be vital in supporting healthcare facilities in need. Responsibilities
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer treatments, medications, and emergency interventions as needed
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to hospital protocols
- Educate patients and families on post-treatment care
- Adapt quickly to new clinical settings and workflows
Requirements
- Active RN license (Newfoundland preferred) or eligibility for licensure
- Specialty-specific certifications (e.g., BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, CTAS, FHS/NRP, Peri-operative)
- 3-5 years of recent hospital experience in your specialty
- Clean criminal record check (within 180 days)
- Strong critical thinking and adaptability in fast-paced environments
- Willingness to travel for 6-12 week contracts
