As a PIA Client Relationship Associate, you will provide specialized business services, planning support, and process guidance. You will help create customized solutions, strengthen client and referral relationships, and support exceptional service. This position requires communication, collaboration, confidentiality, and independent work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide specialized business, advisory, and process support
- Assist Investment Advisors with customized client solutions
- Build relationships with clients and Bank referral sources
- Produce financial plans supporting retention and loyalty
- Participate in meetings, planning, seminars, and events
Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree or community college diploma preferred
- Obtain Registered Representative licensing with CIRO
- Bring two or more years of relevant experience
- Communicate effectively and build collaborative relationships
- Knowledge of wealth management or investments is an asset
