Lead Pension Risk Transfer operations at TD in Toronto, applying vendor governance and risk controls to build reliable administration. This role is based in Toronto, Ontario. As Senior Manager, you will establish the operational delivery model for TD’s Pension Risk Transfer business. You will lead onboarding, servicing, data management, third-party administrator oversight, and end-to-end controls. The position requires hands-on execution, process building, and collaboration with Procurement, Legal, Pricing, Distribution, Risk, Compliance, Finance, and business leaders. Key Responsibilities:
Design Pension Risk Transfer roles, processes, controls, standards, and governance routines Oversee third-party administrators supporting onboarding, calculations, payroll, and servicing Establish service levels, scorecards, escalations, and management reporting Implement data reconciliation, proof of life audits, and AML/FCRM governance Ensure regulatory, privacy, audit, and recordkeeping compliance Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, finance, law, or related field Seven or more years in pension, group annuities, or retirement operations Strong third-party vendor governance, SLA, and performance oversight experience Experience supporting contract negotiation and outsourced service implementation Understanding of defined benefit administration and operational risk frameworks Bring pension administration, vendor governance, and operational control expertise to TD’s Pension Risk Transfer business in Toronto.
