You will guide scientists, develop validation standards, support regulatory reviews, and communicate findings across technical and non-technical groups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead GenAI, Agentic, and LLM evaluation research
- Direct scientists validating complex AI models
- Recommend model approvals or corrective actions
- Develop compliant validation standards and procedures
- Communicate findings to stakeholders and regulators
Requirements:
- Post-secondary degree in quantitative or AI discipline
- 4+ years developing or validating advanced AI models
- 2+ years leading machine learning scientists
- Knowledge of RAG, Transformers, PyTorch, and Python
- Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
