Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end technical design and delivery of Loyalty Management capabilities
- Design scalable Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds
- Provide technical leadership for APIs, middleware, ETL, and event architectures
- Document architecture, integrations, deployments, and operational support
- Troubleshoot complex Salesforce and connected-platform challenges
Requirements:
- Undergraduate, postgraduate degree, or technical certificate
- Strong academic background in computer science or engineering
