As an IT Operations Analyst II, you will support Service Assurance Operations within TD's Technology Solutions line of business. The department provides continuous frontline surveillance across multi-site coverage. Your focus may include z/OS infrastructure monitoring, batch processing, distributed network monitoring, or AS/400 batch processing. You will respond to anomalies using monitoring and workflow tools while supporting critical banking environments. The position is based at the SOC Datacentre in Scarborough.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor critical banking environments across designated technology areas
- Handle outages and communicate with clients during service disruptions
- Notify and escalate issues, options, and recommendations promptly
- Resolve customer and client requests efficiently
- Support changes, testing, installations, configurations, and upgrades

- Availability for rotating 12-hour shifts, including holidays
