This Talent Acquisition Enablement and Knowledge Management Specialist builds recruiter and hiring-manager capability across processes, systems, standards, and ways of working. The role develops onboarding, capability programs, playbooks, job aids, and centralized knowledge resources. It also translates process, technology, policy, and change requirements into practical guidance that drives adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design recruiter onboarding across Talent Acquisition processes and systems
- Develop capability programs, playbooks, job aids, and knowledge resources
- Maintain repository governance, accuracy, version control, and ownership
- Create hiring-manager guidance for interviewing, evaluation, and compliance
- Measure adoption, proficiency, feedback, and enablement effectiveness
Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent education and relevant experience
- Five or more years in relevant Talent Acquisition disciplines
- Understanding of end-to-end recruiting workflows and processes
- Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
- Ability to simplify complex requirements and use performance insights
