As a Customer Experience Associate at TD Canada Trust, you will understand customer needs and recommend suitable banking solutions. You will process deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments while following procedures, regulations, and TD's Code of Conduct and Ethics. The role also includes resolving concerns, promoting solutions, and supporting team effectiveness.

Requirements:
- High School diploma and/or one year relevant experience
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset
- Strong administration, organization, planning, and time management skills
- Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet
- Calm, courteous, accurate, and effective communication skills
