This trainee role supports Personal & Commercial Banking in a 37.5-hour workweek. You will understand customer needs, provide day-to-day advice, resolve problems, and guide customers toward appropriate staff or solutions. Requirements:
- High School diploma or one-plus years of relevant experience
- Obtain Investment Funds Canada or equivalent within 90 days
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, branch software, and internet
- Knowledge of banking solutions and processes
- Strong communication, organization, planning, and time management skills
