Lead TD Asset Management relationships in Calgary through territory growth, investment counsel, and effective advisor presentations. Travel is required for this role. Reporting to the Director, Internal Distribution, the Vice President manages and sells TDAM strategies within TD Private Wealth Management. The position serves TD Private Investment Counsel and Private Investment Advice advisors and portfolio managers. Success requires asset management knowledge, wealth management expertise, and strong sales communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Grow and manage an assigned TD Private Wealth territory
- Lead and mentor Relationship Managers and Business Development Managers
- Provide industry intelligence, business strategy, and investment counsel
- Draft and implement a comprehensive business plan
- Plan sales activities and increase regional share of wallet
Requirements:
- University Degree
- Seven or more years of industry sales experience
- In-depth asset management and wealth management knowledge
- Effective presentation and communication skills
- Strong interest in capital markets; travel required
