Description:
The TDS CRM Technology team is responsible for delivering and supporting the strategic CRM platforms and client intelligence capabilities used across Research and Capital Markets. We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to drive the evolution of our strategic CRM platform and related applications. This role will focus on building and enhancing business-critical CRM capabilities, integrating enterprise data sources, modernizing application architecture, and delivering AI-enabled features that improve productivity and user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and support enterprise CRM applications using Python, Java, React, and SQL.
- Build modern full-stack solutions and APIs that integrate CRM platforms with internal systems, data platforms, and third-party applications.
- Lead the modernization of CRM architecture, reducing technical debt while improving scalability, maintainability, and system performance.
- Develop and integrate AI-enabled capabilities including intelligent search, conversational interfaces, workflow automation, and knowledge retrieval solutions.
- Design and optimize SQL databases and data models to support CRM operations, analytics, reporting, and client intelligence use cases.
- Integrate and onboard strategic CRM datasets into centralized enterprise data platforms.
- Develop data services and pipelines leveraging Databricks, Spark, and cloud technologies.
- Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, and technology teams to gather requirements and deliver business value through technology solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship through architecture reviews, code reviews, and guidance for development teams.
- Support application stability, risk reduction, and production operations.
Required Qualifications / Experience:
- 7+ years of software development experience building and supporting enterprise applications.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Python, Java, React, and SQL.
- Experience designing and developing scalable full-stack applications, APIs, and microservices.
- Strong experience with modern backend frameworks such as Spring Boot.
- Experience developing responsive web applications using React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Advanced database development skills, including SQL optimization and data modeling.
- Experience integrating applications with internal and external systems through APIs.
- Knowledge of Azure cloud services and modern cloud-native application architectures.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively across business and technology teams.
Preferred Qualifications / Experience:
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Prism, Salesforce, or similar.
- Experience delivering AI-powered applications leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience working with enterprise data platforms such as Databricks, Spark/PySpark, Snowflake.
- Experience in Capital Markets, Investment Banking, Research, or other Financial Services domains.
