This is an office-focused, full-time position.
As Manager, Compensation Advisory, you will manage partner relationships and customized Total Rewards solutions aligned with business strategy.
The work includes complex compensation offers, market competitiveness, year-end compensation, analysis, forecasting, and policy interpretation.
You will collaborate with business leaders, HR partners, Finance, and Governance & Control teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day Compensation Advisory relationships across assigned portfolios
- Lead complex compensation offers and customized Total Rewards solutions
- Monitor market trends, salary surveys, and competitive pay opportunities
- Provide analysis, forecasting, summaries, and policy interpretation guidance
- Coach junior team members and coordinate stakeholder communications
Requirements
- Strong consulting, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Experience modeling, reviewing, analyzing, and presenting data
- Advanced Excel, Word, and Power Point working knowledge
