As a Software Engineer III and lead software engineer, you will shape end-to-end solutions for complex initiatives. Your work spans architecture, delivery, modernization, and production readiness. You will apply PostgreSQL, SQL, Python, data engineering, and cloud infrastructure expertise within EDMO’s Data Catalog services. Key Responsibilities:
Define architecture and deliver complex enterprise solutions end to end Build critical components and execute incremental modernization strategies Validate nonfunctional requirements and automate delivery processes Establish AI guardrails and validation pipelines for generated code Mentor engineers through patterns, reviews, documentation, and coaching Requirements:
Five to seven-plus years of relevant experience Degree or technical certificate in computer science or engineering Expertise in cloud infrastructure and scalable architecture patterns Hands-on PostgreSQL, SQL, Python, and data engineering experience Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, observability, and secure deployment Bring cloud architecture, software engineering, and technical leadership to TD’s enterprise data platforms in Toronto.
