Serve TD Canada Trust customers onsite in Bowmanville as a Personal Banking Associate Trainee, using customer service and banking knowledge daily.
This trainee position supports Personal & Commercial Banking at the branch. You will address financial needs, explain banking solutions, and guide customers to appropriate colleagues. The work includes digital education, service transactions, documentation, and problem resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage customers in advice needs and service transactions
- Guide customers toward appropriate banking contacts and solutions
- Educate customers about mobile, ATM, and online banking
- Support scheduled cash and non-cash transactions
- Complete accurate processes, documentation, and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- High School diploma or one year relevant experience
- Investment Funds Canada or equivalent within 90 days
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, branch software, and internet
- Knowledge of banking solutions and processes
- Strong organization, communication, planning, and time management skills
