As a Personal Banking Associate Trainee, you will support TD Canada Trust customers and frontline operations. You will explain banking solutions, identify needs, refer customers appropriately, and help create positive branch experiences. The position requires customer service, sound judgment, and accurate administration.

Exigences :
- High School diploma and/or one year relevant experience
- Complete Investment Funds Canada or equivalent within 90 days
- Meet applicable CIRO registration requirements for mutual fund licensing
- Use MS Office, branch software, and internet proficiently
- Demonstrate banking knowledge and strong customer communication skills
