As a Customer Experience Associate, you will support TD's Personal and Commercial Banking business at the branch. You will understand customer needs, provide information and advice, resolve concerns, and promote relevant products or services. Accurate administration, organization, planning, and time management support timely business processes and assigned objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments accurately
- Determine customer needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions
- Resolve concerns and escalate non-standard activities when necessary
- Promote banking solutions and complete business processes promptly
- Recommend operational improvements supporting quality customer experiences
Requirements:
- High School diploma and/or one year relevant experience
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet
- Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills
- Calm, courteous, accurate, and detail-oriented communication
