You will analyze quotes, renewals, and plan changes while handling complex requests, including ASO arrangements and multi-employer groups. Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze, design, and underwrite group insurance quotes and renewals
- Lead underwriting for complex special projects and arrangements
- Establish pricing using technical results and risk principles
- Communicate and negotiate underwriting recommendations with relevant partners
- Collaborate with sales, actuarial, administration, and external teams
Requirements:
- University degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, or related field
- More than five years of group insurance underwriting experience
- Experience implementing ASO arrangements
- Advanced Excel and VBA automation proficiency
- Bilingual French and English communication skills
