Support Calgary customers with banking advice, service transactions, and digital education as a Personal Banking Associate working onsite at TD Canada Trust.
This full-time role serves customers through financial guidance, problem resolution, and referrals to appropriate staff or internal Bank partners. You will help customers with new accounts, investment advice, and banking solutions while building confidence in mobile, ATM, and online banking. The position requires sound judgement with confidential matters and accurate process completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage customers in advice needs and service transactions
- Guide customers toward appropriate banking solutions and contacts
- Educate customers about mobile, ATM, and online banking
- Support scheduled cash and non-cash transactions
- Resolve critical issues and report non-standard matters
Requirements:
- High School diploma and one year relevant experience
- Complete IFC or equivalent within 90 days
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, branch software, and internet
- Knowledge of banking solutions and processes
- Strong customer communication and organizational skills
