Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Three to five years' banking services experience preferred
- Experience managing relationships and providing tailored investment advice
- Willingness to obtain Registered Representative licensing with CIRO
- Commitment to achieving the Certified Financial Planner designation within three years
