As a Rank 3 Warranty Claim Adjuster, you will support Customer Services while reporting to the Manager, Warranty Claims. The position combines claim adjudication, dealer communication, customer service, and process improvement. You will help Toyota and Lexus dealers administer claims accurately through the Warranty Assistance Phone Line.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate assistance through the Warranty Assistance telephone line
- Resolve Dealer inquiries and CMS requests within 24 hours
- Review, process, adjudicate, and resubmit warranty claims
- Communicate with vendors, affiliates, and internal Toyota departments
- Improve warranty policies and processes with Warranty Administration
Requirements:
- One year of customer service work experience
- Mandatory English and French bilingual communication skills
- Strong oral and written communication abilities
- Basic automotive knowledge or dealership experience is an asset
- College, university, or automotive-related education is an asset
