This full-time, permanent coordinator role supports a welcoming hiring experience and smooth onboarding transition for new employees. You will collaborate with Talent Acquisition, business leaders, and hiring managers across recruiting and onboarding processes. Responsibilities include applicant tracking, offer letters, document validation, enquiries, and engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage applicant and candidate activity in ATS systems
- Handle offer letters and launch onboarding processes
- Follow up on required new-hire documents
- Liaise with business leaders and hiring managers
- Represent Toromont at recruiting events when necessary
Requirements:
- French and English bilingual proficiency
- Human Resources, Business Administration, or Social Sciences education
- Up to three years' Human Resources experience
- Recruitment and onboarding experience preferred
- Willingness and ability to travel as necessary
