Coordinate product support in Bradford with work order processing and customer service for Toromont Remanufacturing. This is a full-time temporary assignment.
The Product Support Coordinator supports production goals from work order opening through execution. You will process service documentation, coordinate warranty activity, and assist departments with scheduling. The position also supports invoicing through work-in-process monitoring and customer purchase order collection.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process service work orders, reports, and payroll
- Obtain customer purchase order numbers for WIP processing
- Generate standard jobs for supervisors and technicians
- Expedite warranty and goodwill work orders
- Monitor WIP reports with supervisors and production planners
Requirements:
- Minimum post-secondary education
- At least two years supporting service operations
- Business diploma or degree considered an asset
- Safe and environmentally sound work behaviours
