As a Business Analyst on the Predictive Insights team, you will connect business stakeholders with Asset Applications. The work spans requirements management, data analysis, reporting, application delivery, and continuous improvement. You will support safe, reliable, and efficient asset performance through actionable requirements and scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead analysis for complex application enhancement and implementation initiatives
- Document business, functional, technical, data, and reporting requirements
- Analyze processes and identify optimization and automation opportunities
- Develop process maps, workflows, use cases, and user stories
- Coordinate testing, change management, training, and user adoption
Requirements:
- Associate’s degree in a related discipline
- Five or more years in business or systems analysis
- Advanced SQL, data analysis, and reporting analysis experience
- Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Excel, and Power Query knowledge
- Experience supporting asset management, operations, or utility functions
