Lead emergency communications for TC Energy across Canada, the U.S. and Mexico, using strategic counsel and preparedness expertise in a hybrid model. As Senior Advisor, you will support External Relations emergency management, preparedness and response. You will develop communications plans, training programs, exercises and response strategies. The work also includes crisis messaging, business continuity support and priority communications projects. Key Responsibilities:
Lead External Relations emergency response plans, initiatives and on-call administration Develop communications preparedness plans, tools and response resources Design training programs, simulations and exercises for responders Provide strategic counsel, messaging and recommendations to leaders Coordinate enterprise preparedness initiatives across partner teams Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, journalism or related field Six to eight-plus years’ progressive strategic communications experience Experience leading emergency management or business continuity programs Knowledge or certification in ICS 300 preferred Availability for weekly on-call shifts and extended work hours Apply strategic communications, emergency preparedness and crisis response expertise to strengthen TC Energy’s organizational readiness across North America.
