This experienced Project Manager oversees infrastructure work across British Columbia. The position covers earthworks, roadbuilding, excavation and shoring, underground utilities, and site preparation. You will coordinate teams, clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage projects from pre-construction, procurement, and start-up through close-out
- Oversee budgets, forecasting, cost control, and financial performance
- Develop schedules coordinating manpower, equipment, materials, and subcontractors
- Lead project teams and resolve construction issues with site personnel
- Maintain safety, environmental, quality, contractual, and documentation standards
Requirements:
- Minimum five years managing civil construction projects
