Taylor Leibow is looking for a full-time Senior Assurance Manager. The expected salary range for this position is $116,500 – $160,000.
Qualifications:
- 9+ years of experience in a public accounting firm; and
- A minimum of 4 years of management experience within public accounting.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage audit, review, and compilation engagements from initial planning through to review;
- Perform in-depth reviews of engagements to ensure compliance with professional and firm standards;
- Maintain regular contact with clients and provide updates on engagement process;
- Develop a strong understanding of clients’ business to better identify opportunities and areas of risk;
- Communicate significant issues and proposed solutions to engagement partner;
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to Assurance team members; and
- Complete annual team member performance evaluations.
