Lead a predominantly retail portfolio at Taylor+ while shaping asset performance, customer experience, and community impact through strategic leadership. As General Manager, you will set long-term vision and convert stakeholder objectives into business plans and measurable results. You will oversee strategic planning, capital investment, redevelopment, financial performance, and operational and technical KPIs. Customer relationships, sustainability, and corporate social responsibility remain central to your leadership. Key Responsibilities:
Develop Taylor+’s positive, collaborative, customer-first culture Lead budgets covering revenue, expenses, and capital Partner with leasing on merchandising and tenant mix Oversee client reporting with the finance team Represent the centre with Toronto community organizations Requirements:
Five to ten years of commercial real estate leadership experience Post-secondary education Working knowledge of Angus, Yardi, and Procore Flexible working hours supporting customers and colleagues Creative, collaborative approach focused on measurable performance Bring commercial real estate leadership, financial oversight, and customer focus to Taylor+’s predominantly retail portfolio in Toronto.
