Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L2/L3 production support for mobile applications and backend services.
- Monitor application performance, system alerts, and production incidents to ensure high service availability.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex production issues across mobile applications and APIs.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring incidents and implement preventive measures.
- Collaborate with Helpdesk, development, QA, and infrastructure teams to drive issue resolution.
- Support application deployments, releases, and post-release validation activities.
- Ensure adherence to defined service level agreements (SLAs) and operational standards.
- Create and maintain support documentation, knowledge articles, and troubleshooting guides.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to enhance support efficiency.
- Participate in incident management, problem management, and change management activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong experience in Java and Spring Boot for backend application support and troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with React Native mobile application development and support.
- Good understanding of iOS and Android mobile platforms.
- Experience debugging REST APIs, application logs, and production issues.
- Knowledge of application deployment, monitoring, and release management processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production support environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with mobile application monitoring and observability tools.
- Familiarity with incident management and IT service management (ITSM) processes.
- Exposure to cloud platforms and modern DevOps practices is an advantage.
Salary Range - CA$ 100,000 - CA$ 120,000 Per Year
