Skills and Responsibilities:
- Conduct end-to-end process discovery, process mapping, and current-state assessments across business functions.
- Analyze complex business processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, friction points, and improvement opportunities.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops, interviews, and process walkthrough sessions to gather business requirements.
- Create process documentation including process maps, SOPs, workflows, business procedures, and operating models.
- Design future-state processes and recommend process optimization initiatives.
- Collaborate with business, operations, technology, and transformation teams to drive process improvement programs.
- Support change management activities and ensure stakeholder alignment throughout the transformation lifecycle.
- Prepare executive-ready presentations, findings, recommendations, and implementation roadmaps.
