• DNS and DHCP
• Active Directory Trusts
• Conditional Access and MFA
• Privileged Identity Management (PIM)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Quest RMAD • AD Vulnerability and Hardening
• Primary Skills
• 2. Exposure on VMware
• 3. ready to support 24*7 and extended shifts

Secondary Skil

• l1. Power Shell Automation
• 2. MS graph Power Shell

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and support Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS) and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Manage Domain Controllers, Group Policies, DNS, replication, trusts, and authentication services.
• Support Hybrid Identity and Entra Connect synchronization.
• Implement and maintain MFA, Conditional Access, SSO, PIM, and Identity Governance.
• Perform Active Directory backup, recovery, and disaster recovery testing.
• Manage Kerberos, service accounts, SPNs, and identity security controls.
• Develop Power Shell automation and operational reporting solutions.
• Provide Level 2/Level 3 support and participate in incident, problem, and change management.
• Collaborate with Security, Cloud, Infrastructure, and Microsoft 365 teams.
