• Core Responsibilities-
• "Design and manage Salesforce CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation. Define Git branching, source-control, release, and environment strategies.
• Establish Dev Ops and release governance across multiple Salesforce delivery teams.

Automate build, validation, testing, and deployment processes.

Manage Salesforce metadata dependencies, merge conflicts, and deployment issues.

• Implement quality gates, static-code analysis, automated testing, and release controls. Drive adoption of Salesforce DX, Salesforce CLI, and source-driven development.
• Lead production-release planning, deployment readiness, rollback strategies, and post-deployment validation.

Mentor teams and continuously improve Dev Ops maturity, automation, and release reliability.

• Required Skills
• Strong experience in Salesforce engineering, Dev Ops, or release management.

Strong knowledge of Salesforce DX, Salesforce CLI, Git, Metadata API, Apex, LWC, and Salesforce security/configuration.

• Hands‑on experience with Copado, Gearset, Auto RABIT, Flosum, or similar Salesforce Dev Ops tools. Experience with Azure Dev Ops, Git Hub Actions, Jenkins, or Git Lab CI/CD.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD, branching strategies, sandbox/environment management, automated testing, and release governance.
• Experience supporting large-scale, multi-team Salesforce programmes. Strong troubleshooting, stakeholder‑management, and technical‑leadership skills.
• Experienced Salesforce Dev Ops Lead to lead CI/CD, release automation, environment management, and Dev Ops governance for enterprise Salesforce programmes.
• The ideal candidate will combine strong Salesforce platform knowledge with hands‑on experience implementing scalable Dev Ops and release‑management practices."
• Salary Range - CA$ 100,000 - CA$ 120,000 Per Year
