We are seeking an experienced CC&B Test Lead to manage end‑to‑end testing activities for enterprise utility applications. The role requires strong expertise in Oracle Customer Care and Billing (CC&B), utility operations, test strategy, defect management, and stakeholder coordination. Experience with test automation tools such as Tosca or Selenium is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead testing activities for Oracle Customer Care and Billing applications.
• Perform testing for CC&B projects and related integrations.
• Validate CC&B EDI processes and functionality.
• Develop and implement test strategies, test plans, test cases, and execution schedules.
• Manage functional, integration, regression, performance, and user acceptance testing.
• Validate APIs, services, and application layers through manual and automated testing.
• Ensure testing activities align with business and project requirements.
• Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects using JIRA, HP ALM, or similar tools.
• Lead defect triage meetings and perform root‑cause analysis.
• Coordinate with development and business teams to ensure timely defect resolution.
• Maintain QA standards, testing best practices, and applicable utility industry requirements.
• Prepare test progress reports, quality metrics, risk assessments, and defect summaries.
• Lead and mentor the testing team.
• Coordinate testing activities across internal teams, offshore teams, and third‑party vendors.
• Participate in requirement analysis and testing sign‑off discussions.
• Manage test schedules, resource allocation, SLAs, KPIs, risks, and defect‑resolution timelines.
• Promote effective collaboration and knowledge sharing across teams.

Salary Range - CA$ 90,000 - CA$ 110,000 Per Year
