Role Description:
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade Java applications.
- Lead solution design reviews, code reviews, and performance optimization activities.
- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to define technical requirements.
- Ensure application scalability, reliability, security, and maintainability.
- Lead end-to-end application modernization initiatives, including legacy assessment, migration planning, and implementation.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
- Establish coding standards, best practices, and development guidelines.
- Migrate applications from on-premises environments to cloud platforms.
- Design and implement APIs, integration frameworks, and event-driven architectures.
Salary Range - CA$ 100,000 - CA$ 120,000 Per Year
