This System Administrator role focuses on PC and mobile asset services, inventory management, and technical support. You will manage ServiceNow records, Windows and iOS troubleshooting, fulfillment, shipping, receiving, and lifecycle scheduling. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage PC and mobile assets through ServiceNow
- Track warranties, refresh dates, and end-of-life information
- Coordinate asset forecasting, receiving, shipping, maintenance, and recycling
- Conduct physical audits with vendors and maintain stock rooms
- Provide walkup, deskside, and remote technical support
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with IT hardware and software asset management
- Knowledge of ServiceNow and Windows AutoPilot
- Windows OS and iOS troubleshooting skills
- ITIL, Dell, or Apple certification or training
