CoolIT Systems, an Ecolab company, seeks a Quality Engineer for its Calgary Quality team. You will troubleshoot product failures, execute testing, and support corrective actions. The work involves electro-mechanical systems, customer updates, and detailed failure documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot product failures and identify root causes
- Write and execute test plans for failure analysis
- Coordinate corrective and preventative actions with stakeholders
- Prepare NCR and 8D failure documentation
- Provide customers technical failure-analysis updates
Requirements:
- Engineering degree in listed technical disciplines
- Three to five years of quality-related experience
- Experience testing and qualifying electro-mechanical systems
- Experience with root-cause analysis and 8D reporting
- Legal authorization to work in Canada without sponsorship
