This Community Physiotherapist role supports older adults and people with chronic or complex conditions. You will help shape service delivery while treating clients in homes and community settings. Key Responsibilities:
- Assess mobility, strength, balance, and independence
- Develop individualized physiotherapy treatment plans
- Provide falls risk assessments and balance training
- Educate clients and caregivers on mobility and injury prevention
- Document care and contribute to quality improvement
Requirements:
- Accredited university degree in Physiotherapy
- Ontario registration in good standing
- Current CPR certification
- Ontario G licence and reliable vehicle
- Approximately three years of experience preferred
