As a Sales Associate, you will serve as Coach's front-line brand ambassador within Tapestry's global house of brands. Build client relationships through fashion advice, tailored recommendations, and clienteling. Support sales performance, daily operations, and collaborative store service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent Coach through brand style and service standards
- Build client relationships using personalized styling and fashion advice
- Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and recommendations
- Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms
- Process transactions, inventory, replenishment, and visual merchandising
Requirements:
- One or more years of sales experience
- Luxury retail, fashion trends, and competitor knowledge preferred
- POS operation and basic computer proficiency
- Strong English proficiency and clienteling skills
- Flexible schedule and ability to lift at least 25 pounds
