We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager with strong Banking domain expertise to lead large-scale technology programs involving banking platforms, modernization, integrations, and digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end technical programs across Core Banking platforms and banking applications.
- Manage program scope, roadmap, timelines, dependencies, risks, and budgets.
- Partner with Business, Product, Architecture, Engineering, Operations, and Risk/Compliance teams.
- Drive Core Banking modernization, platform migration, integration, and transformation initiatives.
- Coordinate multiple engineering teams and manage cross-program dependencies.
- Oversee APIs, microservices, data migration, system integrations, and cloud initiatives.
- Establish program governance, status reporting, KPIs, RAID logs, and executive communication.
- Identify and mitigate technical, operational, and delivery risks.
- Drive Agile ceremonies and ensure successful delivery across multiple workstreams.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate program progress to senior leadership.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of experience in Technical Program/Project Management within Banking/Financial Services.
- Strong Core Banking domain knowledge.
- Experience with Core Banking platforms, banking products, and financial systems.
- Strong understanding of APIs, microservices, cloud, databases, and system integration.
- Experience managing large, complex technology programs with multiple teams.
- Strong Agile/Scrum, SDLC, and program governance experience.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
