HANSAmed is creating a dedicated marketing role focused on building and running a demand-generation function. The mandate is to establish the foundation, segmentation, database quality, campaign planning, lead management and turn it into a consistent source of qualified opportunities for Sales. This is a builder’s role. You will develop the marketing approach, launch and optimize campaigns across email, digital, social, events, and other relevant channels, and establish the measurement needed to understand what is driving results. You will work closely with Sales and Product Managers, drawing on internal product and clinical expertise to ensure campaigns are relevant, accurate, and commercially effective. Product Managers remain the owners of product expertise and strategy; this role owns how that story is brought to market.
What This Role Leads
- Strategy & Planning: Develop and own the demand generation plan, translating business priorities and Product Managers (PM) product briefs into campaigns, channels, timelines, and measurable outcomes. Prioritize activities based on their potential to generate qualified demand and pipeline.
- Marketing Foundation & Measurement: Build a clean, well-segmented database with strong dentist-level contact information. Establish meaningful customer segments and tailor defined messaging to each segment. Build an MQL→SQO process with Sales and ensure leads are properly tracked from source through opportunity. Establish practical reporting around leads, conversion, pipeline, and campaign performance.
- Demand Generation: Develop and execute integrated campaigns across email, digital, social, events, webinars, and other relevant channels. Create campaign content and execute approved offers that generate engagement from priority customer segments. Continuously test, measure, and improve campaigns based on performance.
- Cross-Functional Partnership: Work closely with Sales on lead qualification, handoff, follow-up, and feedback. Partner with Product Managers to execute against product priorities and GP targets. Partner with Training and Education to promote and distribute content and programs. Keep initiatives moving and create momentum across functions.
What We Are Looking For
- Education: BSC, MBA or similar
- Experience: 5+ years in marketing, with 3+ owning demand generation, growth, B2B campaigns, or marketing ops, ideally in a distributor-driven model. Proven pipeline results you can show in leads, conversion, and revenue, not just clicks. Strong segmentation and ICP development, with an MQL→SQO process built alongside Sales. Strong campaign execution and copywriting across email, digital, social, events, and webinars, tailoring PM-defined messaging to each segment. Margin-minded: you execute PM-approved offers and know volume at the wrong GP is not a win. Influences without formal authority across Sales, PMs, and Training & Education, and builds process where little infrastructure exists. Bonus: dental, healthcare, medical device, or another complex B2B environment.
Compensation: Salary: $80k - $90k + Incentive
Benefits Coverage: Dental, Health and Pension
