This Organizational Excellence Lead works within the Chief Executive Officer portfolio under the Quality, Risk and Safety Supervisor. The role shapes training and development, coordinates mandatory skills-based learning, supports quality assurance, and strengthens person-centered, values-based supports. It combines education leadership, compliance, data-informed decisions, and systems-level improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead competency-based training program development and delivery
- Coordinate mandatory skills-based training across the Agency
- Create or source engaging adult learner training materials
- Analyze and report training and quality outcome data
- Manage learning systems, certifications, and performance tracking
Requirements:
- At least five years' developmental services sector experience
- Proven adult learner training delivery experience
- Knowledge of quality standards and compliance frameworks
- Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
- Advanced computer, presentation, data tracking, and reporting skills
