Providence Care Centre is seeking a part-time Personal Support Worker to join the interprofessional Seniors Mental Health Behavioural Support Services Mobile Response Team (MRT).
You will provide direct, person-centred care to older adults in LTCH settings or during transitions, under RN/RPN supervision.
Must possess PSW certificate, be eligible to work in Ontario, and have LTCH experience. A valid G-class licence and vehicle access are required.
