Key Responsibilities:
- Act as employer Co-Chair of the Joint Health and Safety Committee
- Lead occupational health, safety, and wellness programs
- Assess hazards and develop prevention and control strategies
- Support attendance, accommodation, disability, and return-to-work processes
- Promote organizational accountability for workplace health and safety
Requirements:
- Five years of progressively responsible related experience
- Preference for three years of leadership experience
- Relevant post-secondary degree
- Knowledge of fire service health and wellness
- Valid MTO Class G driver's license
