Lead capital investments and automation initiatives as Mother Parkers’ Engineering Projects Manager across multiple manufacturing sites. Apply project leadership and industrial engineering expertise. This full-time manager position oversees complex engineering projects from concept through implementation. You will support infrastructure expansion, facility upgrades, equipment modernization, and operational optimization. The work involves plant leadership, maintenance teams, technical stakeholders, and cross-functional partners.
